The trainer's support was superb. I liked his way of taking the topics throughout the day. All the topics are important in the carehome environment.I think the practical session was the best part of the training I think, as an offline training the important thing was the practical session (how to do hoisting, sliding and so on.) The overall training was excellent and very useful for my career. Thank you so much Hst team😊.
